Two enchiladas made with flour tortillas, filled with delicately seasone
lump crabmeat and shrimp, topped with chile con queso sauce and
garnished with sour cream and slices of avocado. Served with two
choices - rice, beans, sautéed vegetables or Mexican corn.

Fillet of Fish "A Los Cabos"
Tender tilapia fillet cooked in a superb sauce of wine,
herbs, spices and cilantro. Served with two choices -
rice, beans, sautéed vegetables or Mexican corn.
Garcia's Shrimp a la Diabla
Tender jumbo shrimp dancing in a bath of chile ancho sauce,
white wine, butter and fresh cilantro. Served with rice.
Camarones al Mojo de Ajo
Tender jumbo shrimp marinated in fresh garlic, butter,
mushrooms and green onions, then broiled to perfection.
Served with rice. A garlic lover's delight!

Delicious crispy chimichanga filled with delicately seasoned lump
crabmeat and shrimp, topped with chile con queso sauce and
garnished with sour cream and slices of avocado. Served with

Grilled Fish Tacos
Three soft corn tortillas filled with grilled fillet of white fish, cooked with wine, onions, cilantro and other spices. Served with your choice of  two sides - Rice, Refried Beans, Mexican Corn or Grilled Vegetables.


Seafood Sampler
